Question:
Hi all,
I'm very confused at the moment. When we create a PO in the system it is not kicking off my workflow. I went to the event trace, and it shows Object type 'QCYBUS2012' created in Error. Of course, object QCYBUS2012 does not exist in the BOR....it also shows BUS2011 QuotationCreated in error. Both of these entries appear for each PO saved. Why is the PO not being properly linked to BUS2012??
Thanks for your help,
Lisa

I can't speak for those other two events,
but it sounds like somebody's already put some config. in -
I would leave as it is, cos' they might be used for something.
Normally, to raise an event when a PO is created,
you just need to do some change document config (SWEC).
If BUS2012.created is what you want, add an entry, in the table:
EINKBELEG BUS2012 CREATED (radio button for created checked)
Certainly in 4.0b of SAP, 'created' doesn't come
as a supplied event with BUS2012 as standard,
so you might want to add that event to a subtype
of BUS2012, then delegate to the supertype.
Hope that helps,
Tim
