Its like i already have one r/3 connected to bw...can i connect and fetch data from multiple r/3 using Lo-Cockpit.
Or its one to one..

Its not one to one ...you can have multiple R/3 as source to the BW system .
Each R/3 system will be represented separately in the AW as different source system .
While creating info sources for dataload from these multiple R/3 systems
you will have to assign respective source system to these in fosource .
The data packages for each infosources will have to be scheduled individually .

Just think from the beginning of the story about the master data loaded from two different systems :
if your customer 500 is Mr A in source system A and Mr B in source system B, then you need to be able to identify them as A & B;
you can achieve that via compounding using 0soursystem
