We need the re-orderpoint for material (table/field: MARC-MINBE) in BW.
It appears that this field is already included in extract structure BIW_MARC_S. But this field is not visible in the datasource 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR.
What do I have to do to make this field available in the datasource?

Maybe stupid, but did you "refresh" the link between the extract structure and the DataSource?
(Go via RSO2 into "change" for your DS, and save it again ... this way he will regenerate. Check if the field is there now...)

Hi,
The property of this field is set such that though this field is visible in Extract Structure, it not visible in BW.
So, do the following...
1) Go to Transaction SE16 in R/3.
2) Give ROOSFIELD as Table Name
3) Give 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR as OLTPSOURCE and 'A' as OBJVERS.
4) Locate field MINBE and change the value in SELECTION for this field from 'A' to space.

Hi,
In general this will work except it needs to get some Units from some other Tables.
I changed the property for some other fields and It worked well without any Problem.
Here, this field needs to get the Unit from MARA Table. So, in this case, we need to add the new field same as MINBE and populate in the Exit.
