Thanks CHC, but I don't know how to activate my hierarchy master data at the moment, It's still locked.
I tried RSA1, on the right click infoobject -activate (no success) and into infoobject - modified version (no autorization).
Does someone can help me please?

When you try and run the change run, have you looked at SM37 to see what the job log says. Is the job always terminating with that error message?
I had a similiar problem recently where somehow InfoObject loading and an aggregate build managed to collide and I couldn't get the change run to complete properly and system was running horribly, initially I kept getting an error similiar to yours.
We ended up doing a system re-start - because everything was running horribly slow. And magically when everything came back up, all was well, the one InfoObject load wasn't blocking anything else and everything activated smoothly (aggregates and attribute change runs).
Still haven't figured out what happened in the first place, but you may try that as a last resort.

Hello my friends !!
I found the answer to solve my problem, I just deleted all my aggregates where I had this infoobject and then activate manualy the infoobject !!!
I loaded my hierarchy change run as well !!!
