there are various ways... one could be: right-mouse click on the InfoSpoke > Manage > Delete data

How and where would you right click? Inspoke doesn't appear like Infocube or ODS. Neither they show manage.
Which transaction are you using?

InfoCubes and ODS's are InfoSpokes... just go into the Administrator Workbench (transaction RSA1)
Answer:
You could delete the data in the OpenHub table using the transaction SE14.
select the dictionary object as table, give the openhub table name as 'object name'. Go to the next screen where you have open to delete the content of the table.
