Hello,
How do I start looking into the transfer rules if the tranport has the following error:
"Syntax error in GP$ERR$RSAPTM2_______, row 193 (->long text)"
The InfoSource is activated but the transport has errors. When I expand the message to see the long text, there was no additional explaination of the problem or solutions.

This is due to an inconsistency between the Data dictionary & the table (transfer structure missing in the DDIC)
It is rectified by running a program (SAP delivered in one of the supoprt packs) "ZTSROOSGENDDIC" in the OLTP. Oops! sorry, did you say transport? The error you normally get is “ Syntax error in GP$ERR$RSAPTD1...." when you activate the transfer rules after a plug-in or an upgrade, and this program corrects the inconsistency.
This was in 2.0B, and I don't know about 3.0B A search in OSS with the error message (or number) usually helps, as it would in this forum too!
You may like to look at notes 147195/330330 for the one I mentioned, or 195767/214998/215248 for you specific error
