I like this to be replied by experienced people in BW.I have seen many people of experience here. Please respond.
there are two teams .one looks after operations and other development.
development created a new structure to remove old structures slowly.
now in order to populate the new structure(load data) daily operations were hampered. the person who deveoped and is responsible to the new structures says he/she is not responsible for the loading of data.
could anybody explain to me how it happens and who is responsible for loading the data into new structres and also if old data flow is affected who is resposnible?

To my knowledge Operations is responsible. Bcos the Sturctures are to be loaded that means they are in production. Any thing in production operations is responsible.
