process chain

Question: HI,

we have process chains running in production which are independent and scheduled to start one after another. we want to reduce the waiting time by scheduling the second process chain once the first one is done irrespective of the result.

Is it better to start all at a time or what is the best way to go...

thanks

Answer:
Search the forum for "Process Chains" this aspect has been discussed several times before and these threads do contain the answer to your question.

Answer:
Hi!

You can create a master process chain and add the other process chains using the "local process chains" process type. You can sequence them as you wish (you can even use waiting time between process chains).

Hope this helps.
