when I am trying to enhance extract structure it is displaying ZV----name. When I click ok button it is saying already exists. Can any one help on this what are the steps I have to do.

If you are planning to add few more fields to the extract structure, than give a new name to the append structure. The default name of append structure which you are getting on the screen is already existing, so just change that name.

If you plan to add additional fields to the existing append structure than follow the steps which CHC has given - Note the name of append structure and using se11, add the new fields to this append structure. For doing this you need to know only the name of append structure and need not press the tab enhance extract structure.

use SE11, Abap dictionary.
-> Enter your ZV>.(the one u get when u press enhance structure) into data type .
--> click change,
---> if you wish to add few more item, just enter your Field name (if it is customer name, u may need to create data element or domain), if it is standard field, then just press enter.
--> activate the structure..
