I created a webtemplate with a chart of 900x900 e.g.
no matter what size i choose, the maximum chart is 812x612
any ideas where to extend this limit?

Try changing your desk top resolution.

Try changing the resolution of the IGS server, not to the desktop. I don't know if it will help you, but I had problems with number of colours and it was solved changing graph settings in the IGS server computer.

It worked the desktop (of the server) was set to 800x600.
so the IGS was not able to generate bigger charts than that
