Hi All,
I am reporting on Invoice and COPA cube. I am using the navigational attribute customer group from 0CUST_SALES.
when i see the report on navigational cusotmer group and shipto party with some key figures i am getting that all the shiptos are assigned cusomer group for COPA cube and when i check the invoice cube i am getting some as unassigned because some of the customer numbers customer group coming from R/3 extractor for 0CUST_SALES are blank. when i check in the knvv and knvp tables in R/3 these unassigned ones are shiptos and some CSR names and some others
when i check the reports with the transaction data customer group and shipto party i am getting the invoice cube showing right values but the copa cube showing some as unassigned ones which is exact replica
How can i fix this problem. I am badly in need of help.

You seem to be getting data from different sources from R/3 side for each of the cube and trying to use the same update rules for each cube.
If your business requirement specifies that you need to use the same update rule for both cubes, say using transaction data for customer group from R/3, then it looks like the COPA datasource which you are doing doesn't have properly assigned customer groups for some customers, you can fix this problem by writing an update routine which checks for customer group's value and if its blank then fill the proper value from customer master group.

what do you mean by the above sentence..?is it mean that invoice cube is a part of COPA cube or else invoice and COPA cube are two different cubes.you know please be specific and write in detailed so that you will get many replies...?
