the parameter DIR_HOME is inserted in the ABAP source code standard
if you change the path in the table RDBFILES and then you run infospoke the table is overwritten with the old path .
Tell your system administrator to try to create a SHARED FOLDER that links to DIR_HOME's path for downloading the infospoke file.
