Hello ,
I am trying to make some changes to the display in the WorkBooks for the Key Figures like Quantities and Sales values.
1) The Quantities are showing in this format. eg 9000.00BTL.I would like make it display as just 9000.I went to the Style "SAPBEXstdData" of that workbooks and made changes there accordingly by make it number and setting up decimal places to 0.After saving the workbook, if I refresh it , it shows the original value 9000.00BTL.
Am I missing anything here?Is there is any other way of formatting this.I dont want to make any changes to the Queries.Just for this work book.
2) The Sales Value shows up like this $ 1,000.99.I would like to make it display as $1000 without the decimal places.I followed the same steps like the above , still doesnt work.
Could any one of you help me with the solution.

decimal places are set in the query or local query - change query toolbar -> choose local or global query -> right-click on keyfigures -> properties
