There is one ztable in R/3. If some body deleted the records from this Z table in R/3 , will iit effect in BW reporting ?
I want to know R/3 side whether this z table is using for pulling data into BW . If yes, how to see in R/3 ?

Most probably, otherwise, why would somebody extract data from this table ?
If you don't have access to the BW environment, it is not that easy to find if this table is used as source or not.
The code extracting data from R3 can be in a view on the table, in a function module, or even in the extraction user exit.
I believe the best way is to ask BW guys at your site.
Now, if you deleted everything out of the table and are wondering if somebody from BW will notice... well, just wait...
