i wanted to know if its possible to insert a url link in a work item which would then allow the user to click on this link and view the image in interent explorer.

Hi zubs
No problem:
1. go into workitem description in change mode
2. change the editor to line editor through the menu goto -> change editor
3. insert the tag /* "normally used for comment
4. insert the url with the tags like this "<a href=http://www.teamr3.com> Push this </a>"
and you will have a link
