The load has failed, every time it is happening the same data pocket. I can not see any duplicate records also. I am wondering what could be the problem.

What does the Transfer/Update Rules section in the details tab say ? Where is the load failing - In update or before that ?
Can you give the scenario ? Are you loading a cube ?

This is Full load
1.Extraction is ok
2.Transfer is ok
3.When it is processing, after some of the data pockets its giving missing messages, it looks like whenever it is trying to update new records its's failing.

Check if there are hanging TRFCs in SM58. These can be processed manually for specific loads. These need to be check first in the BW system, then in the source system. Your basis team should be able to help.

While the process of data transfer is going on, you see "Missing messages" in the monitor screen. This disappears after the data transfer is complete (in all 3 nodes: extraction, transfer and processing).
You may also see wierd messages like 'short dump', 'error' etc., which are only transient, most of the times, and will disappear as the process continues. Refreshing a few times (F will take care of it.
You should start worrying only if/when you see red flags, or persistent yellow flags.
Always wait for the process to complete (SM50 should give you clues, or SM21).

I have the same problem
While Master Data load for 2 datapackets in update rules/transfer rules i got Missing messages(Yellow) and then later it gave me short dump(RED Status Monitor) below
"TIME_OUT" C
"SAPLRRSI " or "LRRSIF02 "
"NEW_VALSID_SAVE"
Any inputs??
