Question:
How to View details according to the Request numbers in ODS.
My ODS has 5 Requests collected from 5 different datasources.
so want to view details according to individual datasource itself and get downloaded to Excel.
Its possible to view data Request number wise thru Change log and New data but not thru Active data !!
any suggestions or alternative plz

Sorry, but I don't understand your problem.
Do you just have five request at all or are you loading again and again? (how: full or delta)
Do you really have to use request number to distinguish between the datasources? If you are still in design phase, how about a source ID field?
I am not BW senior but would like to understand your problem.. please give me a better idea.

I was going to suggest - add a cube to the data flow, but then decided to research an existing combination (PSA->ODS->Cube).
These are my observations:
In ODS
Request ID (say) A PSA ID (say) B Transferred : 539; Added : 521
In CUBE
Request ID (B+2) Transferred : 532; Added : 532
In the change log table
For request ID A: 532 entries.
Prima facie, no direct way to correlate what's in the change log to what's in the ODS

Question here is downloading in Excel and validating both in BW -
Request ID1(coming frm Datasource1) to R/3-RSA3(Datasource1)
Request ID2(coming frm Datasource2) to R/3-RSA3(Datasource2)
and so on...
