I am working on Document management workflow. I need to resolve an agnet based on Characteristic and its value. For example there are 2 Characteristic namely CH-1 and Ch-2. ( both Characteristic have fixed value sets). based on the values we need to resolve the agent.
I would like to know from the group idea/experience how Role resolution can be used with CLassification and Characteristic

why don't you brach the workflow into two and then at each branch pass the characteristics value as container element put in the condition and set up to process further.
