hi,
when i upload the .csv file. info package right click change, in the "External data" tab when i click preview the data view is working correctly. in the "schedule tab" when the data load was request. i got a response that "data was requested". when i check at "monitoring" the status shows "red". can any body answer me asap how to load data correctly with status "green". good luck.

What is the error detail? Find out from the "details" tabstrip of the monitor. Usually with flat file loads, it is the data format that may be wrong.
Also check the delimiters and escape character specified in the infopackage.
Aslo ensure that 'HEX' is not selected in the infopackage.

thanks for the reply. when i click the details tab these error occurs:-
Data records for package 1 selected in PSA - 2 error(s)
Error 4 in the update
but still the status shows in monitor as red, is there any other process to make the status green or it is done by bw automatically. i have checked the delimiters and escape character as u adviced everything is perfect, in preview(general tab) i can see the selected data correctly. but still red status in data load monitor. plz suggest me next. good luck
