How do I change a User so he/she is not an Excluded Agent?

Question: I have a User who is an excluded Agent?

How did the User become an Excluded Agent in the first place?

How do I change so that the User is no longer an excluded Agent for this workflow or future workflows?

Answer:
Excluded user = Possible Agents - Selected Agents.

The user must satisfy the rules to be a selected agent. And also check your agent assignment for the task in the WF def. if users are being explicitly excluded.

Solution

The user ID held in the IM:Applicant field on the Approp Request, automatically becomes an excluded agent.

Person applying for the Approp Request (Applicant) cannot later Approve
