Hi !
We're running a WF for invoice handling. The setup is such that everybody in the 'invoice handling' department gets the Work Item (WI), and then one of them will pick it up and handle it.
Sometimes there's a need for using the 'Resubmit' button to put the WI on wait until a later date, sometimes even 6 months later.
Normally this is no problem, the WI will appear at the given date as reserved by the one who did the resubmit.
Now one of them is retiring, and there's a fair chance that he's got several resubmitted WI's. There'll be a problem if the WI's reappear as reserved by him.
Anybody who knows how to avoid (or handle) this reservation ? We'd really like everybody in the department to get the WI's when they reappear.

Answer:
The user or someone with his password can end the Resubmit from the Resubmission folder in the inbox. The person also must do a Replace for all the reserved WIs. This is possible in our 6.20 release.

For some stupid reason I'd totally forgotten that there's other folders in the workplace than just the Inbox, and never thought of where the WI goes when it's put to resubmission.
Originally I'd though of something a bit more automatic, but on second thought, they don't resign that often, so I guess that it'll work just fine.
I'll probably create a Variant in SWIA to handle it, in case the user get's deleted without ending the resubmittion for the WIs.
