We need FI posting period value for a report.
I am look table t001b which has posting period details, this extraction is part of Global Setting Transfer or do we need to do seperate extract? if so how to extract from r3 to bw?
se16 i couldnot find this table.

Answer:
You can schedule Global Settings transfers as frequently as you like. If you have access to BW Expert there is an article "Tranferring Global Settings from R/3 to BW" in the January '03 (Vol. 1, Issue 1) issue.
You need to create a variant with the appropriate settings and then schedule RSIMPCUST to run with that variant.

My questions is how can i transfer "Permitted posting period table - t001b" from r/3 to bw?
