We have BW server accessed through Citrix.
There are a lot of performance issues such as the response is too slow and sometimes the system freezes.
Users are quite frustrated.
What should I do to improve performance.
Any suggestion are welcome.

I would suggest :
- a review or audit on you datawarehouse modeling
- usage of aggregates if not used
- usage of compression of the cubes if not used also
