As you can install content upgrades to BW 3.0B the BW version does not say anything about the content level.
Just take a look in the Tx SPAM. There you find the support package levels for each installed component, so also the Business Content Upgrades (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, ...) should be listed there. The latest version counts!
