What does the combination of Event Queue manager and RFC server do.....does it limit the amount of dialogues being called by an inbound event? How do you limit dialogues being called if event que and RFC server does control it. And how does event queue manager affect real time events.....

You could set up how many events you want to trigger by setting up the Event Delivery Tab from the Event Browser.
