Please list any queries with which there are currently performance problems ?
How can I find these informations please ?

Most important InfoCubes for analysis kind of depents on your end user community, doesn't it? Hard for us to know which InfoCubes are most important in your company.
Queries with performance problems... again, check it with the end users (and if you have Statistics set up, check those).

Look in table RSDDSTAT or TC: ST03 (presenting RSDDSTAT)
or if you loaded Your stat cubes tcheck those out. The analysis requires that You have switched on stat tracing (RSA1, Tools menu)

Use the statistical cubes to create a BEX query to suit your needs.
Also you can use the readily available one 0BWTC_C10_Q402 created on technical cube0BWTC_C10.
You can dig into more tech cubes and I am sure it will answer your needs
