R/3 Data extraction taking too long time for the following standard data sources for the Porject Systems
0CO_OM_NWA_1, 0CO_OM_NTW_1.
Could any body let me know the steps at r/3 side to improve data extraction time

Which part of extraction (INITS and DELTA or FULL) is taking Long time.
Also whats the volume of Data u r extracting.
