Dear workflow gurus,
Please help.
I've created simple workflow, which suppose to send Email once sales qoutation is created or changed. Therefore, I've defined triggering events based on object type BUS2031 and during tests it works well. It even appear in SWEL and looks fine. However, when I actualy create quotation in VA21 (or change in VA22) I do not receive any Email at all. I don't have any clue.
Please advice.

Hi There,
In SWEL what is the receiver type name for your event? Is it the workflow template that you have defined? Is the taffic light green or red?
In the case that you have no receiver in SWEL, your workflow is inactive.
If you have a red light, it could mean binding errors for example.
