I need to upload a hierarchy for an object which exits in R/3, but not in BW (it's a custom infoobject), so there's no standard datasource to extract it. I know I can upload it via flat file, but I'm trying to find an easy way to generate automatically the flat file, with the required format, in R/3.
Can somebody help me with this, please?

One way is you can create a custom program to get the hierarchy information which already exist in R/3 and populate in the form of a file or in a customised table that you can use as a datasource.
