HI All ,
I have a requirement which states that i need to display data of one particular sales representative wise and one particular region wise . It has to be handled via a authorization . ie i need to give authorization to a person who is viewing the query for his area only . How can i do that , any quick idea .

Hi sz,
you can modify your infoobject and check "AuthorizationRelevant" in tab "Business Explorer". Than you create an authorization object in transaction RSSM. For last you have to assign this authorization object to your user.

Thanks , But can we make changes in the production directly for the respective info object .Then activate the info object . is it not a problem later on once we make changes to info object it gets de activated .again we need to activate it . is in't it . Then after that create a authorization object in RSSM . is it ....
