Good morning,
On BW 3.1, with standard CRM datasource/infosource/ods/cube structure: 0CRM_OPPT_H (opportunity headers) and 0CRM_OPPT_I (items).
When running a full load InfoPackage (with usual settings), the Monitor shows green status but 0 records coming to BW for 0CRM_OPPT_H.
Despite no error, this is not as expected (RSA3 shows 89 records in CRM). We also tried to reinstall/recreate infosource/ODS/Cube from business content but no luck.
Are we missing anything? Any tips are appreciated.

PS: Same is also happening for the lead cubes/ods which is also structured with header/items (0CRM_OPPT_H). Other CRM cubes/ODS seem to be loading fine.

hey have u done the job scheduling for this? Is this a LIS datasource?
try to check in RSA7 for the same data source weather V3 update is carried out and the data is in Delta queue.
If not the try to do it in LBWE.

As I mentionned this is extraction from CRM so there is no LIS datasource there. I was exactly wondering if CRM may have some equivalent process in CRM though? e.g. setup tables, etc
Unfortunately there is no LBWE transaction in CRM either....
This is what we have checked
* RSA7
* BW adapters
* PSA (no data available in source system).
* Debugging the function module (in process)

You have to load the Line Items first ,then header for CRM data source for Opportunity.

Thank you for the suggestion re my opportunity header extract issue. Loading items before headers sounds countrary to logic though (you would think the items would need the headers there first)....
So we tried to load Items first then Header but still had no luck. We even tried again after having resinstalled/recreated cube/ods/datasource/infosource, etc
I am running out of options...

My problem is I am extracting Complaints data from CRM and I am only getting header but not Item details of a Complaint and also the code WHich I am extracting from a user esit RSAP0001.

This problem bugged me for a wile and we ended up opening an OSS note.
This was a security issue.
We were missing some authorization on ALEREMOTE or BWREMOTE.
So you may want to get together with your security team.
