Answer:
did you refresh your mine repository (just a thought) there's a refresh button there in se80....

also log off then on from WAD if you are currently logged in while making changes...

there is no reason why your pics should not be showing up...

Answer:
Yes sir,

I did all you mention plus smoke a cigarrette, drink a cup of coffe, and nothing my images still don't showing

Answer:
do any of the other pic files show up as options in your WAD? if so try clearing the cache, this helped us when we make changes to stylesheets but not sure if this is what you are needing but can't hurt..

SMICM--> GOTO --> HTTP SERVER CACHE --> Invalidate Cache --> Globally in system.

smoke one for me too...

Answer:
nothing

What version of the WAD are you using? Are you sure you are pointing to the same system you have uploaded to?

Have you tried inserting the image into a template and seeing if it displays in the template? (yeah, I realize you can't insert from the menu, but you can put the html code in the template manually)

<img src="/sap/bw/Mime/Customer/Images/<image_name.jpg>">

Are you sure you are inserting them in via SE80 -> Mime Repsitory?

Answer:
The only thing I can think is that somehow your WAD installation is corrupt or not correct somehow. WAD itself IMHO is a P.O.S and I don't mean point of sale

I would try completely uninstalling your SAPGUI and re-installting it. Have you tried using the WAD on a different machine or on under another userid?

Just an addition to this. We had exactly the same problem. Whilst we could access the image in the way described above, we couldn't see it when we used the 'insert picture' menu option.

Turned out that we needed to change the file extension (.GIF) to lower case manually in windows. Re-imported and then everything was fine.
