Hello all,
We r currently having a problem with our process chains, i.e local chains in a big metachain. Am aware of the fact that one can have a message sent to users informing of success or failures.
However does anyone know how to get around the fact that when an infopackage stays amber- is there anyway of mailing this to the end users.
Know u can change the traffic light to green but is not really ideal in a real world?
Any ideas or discussion on this will be great.

No, there is not.
Yellow or amber is a waiting state which always is present until process is done either red or green. If you wan't to monitor if a load has taken to long you have to setup your own monitoring system. Where eg. an abap at a certain time, checks for an end entry in RSMONMESS for the load inquestioned.
Sorry, that there is no easy solution.
