When we try to load data to infocube ZMERR_C06, made by
the customer, it didn't load anything. It happens in Production
enviroment.
The infocube was transported first to the quality enviroment
in which the load worked.
Then the infocube was passed to the production
When we reviewed the infocube in the screen "TRy infocube: characteristi
cs", in the structure window, all characteristics have the "LOCK" flag
in "not blocked (can be edited)", it occurs in the production enviroment
only.
We need to know what is the function of this flag (LOCK), in order to
determine whether the load is influence by this. This is an production
enviroment

I guess the not locked means there is no data in your Cube, 'cause as soon as there is, the fields are locked!
Just explain us why nothing was loaded? What did you do exactly? With which options did you load? What are the error messages?
It's kind of hard to help when you don't give the correct info...
