Question:
I have created a structure of key figures in columns. I used the level up and down feature to display a total and the pieces that are used in that total below and indented. I used the level down feature. My issue is the when the query displays the query is defaulted to expand all these level. Is there a way to change the default not to expand.
Displays as:
\/ Total
Shipments2004 Shipments 2003
Would like it to display as
>Total

Right click after query display and deslect hierarchy not expand.

I have 4 hierarchies created for tis structure and would like not to expand upon display or require the user to deselect this feature. Is there anyway to deselect this so the query will not display expanded and give user the choice to expand? Steve

When you defined the structure, collapse the same and it would be output in the manner defined.
