i have a requirement in BEx Query, "Column width should be standarized and all columns should have the same column width". Will it be possible in BEx Query or Through WAD...?. If so How ?.

Maybe you can do a first work with your customer, to analyse what he/she wants ? Do you speak of behavior in BEx Analyser ?
copy/paste of a spec is definitely NOT the good way to handle the forum

The only option I see is to allow only access via workbooks where you first standardize the widht, and then freeze the layout.
