am getting the following error message for a data load which repeatedly failed.
Diagnosis
IDocs were found in the ALE inbox for Source System that are not updated.
Processing is overdue.
Error correction:
Attempt to process the IDocs manually. You can process the IDocs manually using the Wizard or by selecting the IDocs with incorrect status and processing them manually.
I tried processing them through wizard, but I am informed that "They can be processed only in warehouse". I am not able to figure out how to do this.
Any assistance or clues will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried through bd87,
Just dont process all idocs you find, this can great a mess.
Only process the ones you need.

Thanks for the reply Razz,
The problem appears to be something deeper than I first throught.
It appears that BW is able to send the request to R/3.
But R/3 is not able to send back the requested data to BW. The connection seems ok, The basis consultant checked it for me. He says the basic settings like Plugins etc are all fine.
After I schedule a data load, and I immediately check in R/3, no batch job is created for the extraction of data. I am at a loss of how to resolve this, as I really am a novice in BW.
