Good day.
How do you determine a PO that is created if there is an agent or not? We have a few POs that were sent to the wrong approver. The consultant who looked into those POs said there were no agents.
I heard about agents, but not so familiar, so what are agents. Secondly, where do I see if there is an agent for a particular PO created. PLEASE HELP.

Answer:
Depends what logic you are using to determine the approvers (agents). You can add a check before even triggering the workflow to see whether there are agents available or not once you know how the determination logic is adopted. It is possible that they might be using a rule resolution or an org.unit... Check the workflow approval step and see what is the logic they are using...
Please read the respective documentation for what is agent and all?
