Hello,
I want to make an general overview about BW Performance improvenemt.
In the marketplace I did not found any documentation that fits.
I thought about extraction, data model(s) and frontend-performance.
For extraction I thought that e.g. a BC extractor is faster than a generic extractor. Or that the data-model is one of the most important things
for the performance. Or that it is important that first load is master data and then transaction data.
Or that web reporting could be 5% faster.
I know that it is a very wide area but I want to make it like a checklist.
E.g. Are there aggregates on queries which are very often used,....
If s.b. got input it would be very helpful.

Hi,
I had a look at service.sap.com/bw and then under "Performance" and I found at least 25 documents in this area.
Have you checked them?
If they are not enough, then please be more specific in your question, and I'll answer more in detail if needed.
