no Extraction from LO Cockpit

Question: Hi,
I seem to have gotten into a little bit of Jam.

I have activated and brought data for FI in BW system.
But i have not been able to pull data from LO cockpit into BW. the following is my problem indicators

1. when i schedule upload into BW the error message is " the following (2lLIS_11_VAHDR/VDITM... etc are not data sources in the system)

Diagnosis

DataSource 2LIS_11_VAITM does not have the status of the source system
in the Business Information Warehouse.

The time stamp in the source system is 01.05.2004 17:05:51 .

The time stamp in the BW system is 30.04.2004 12:19:07 .

2. When i go to the extractor checker the structure shows no records for any of the LO Cockpit structures.

3. In the details of source system the data sources for all the sources except s260, 261,263, etc are there

My diagnosis was that perhaps the structures have been activated incompletely. Which is why there is no data in the extract checker and the BWE is not recognising it as a source system

. I have reactivated all the structures and re3plicated the data source but to no avail.

Also can somebody tell me how to refresh the structures to remove the timestamp if i have to reinnitialize the loading process alltogether

Answer:
"Replicate DataSource" from the BW side should solve your timestamp problem (to be absolutely sure, it's maybe safest to also re-active your transfer rules again)

Answer:
- Fill UR setup tables in R/3.
use RSA3 and check for data.

- Reactivate transfer rules in BW

Answer:
Thanks guys..
will check it out

Answer:
Hi Just to check again the following is the process of activating Lo Cockpit
1. Activate the LIS structures in Lo Cockpit
2. Setup table with trasaction (OLI7BW, OLI8BW, OLI9BW) for sales delivery and billing.
3. Check for data in RSA3
4. replicate the data sources
5. Activate all the update rules

For reinitializing BW
1. delete the setup tables LBWG

follow the previous steps..
Is that right.

Can somebody whet this..

Answer:
My dear friend.. i do mean "Whet". dictionary.com defines the same as
To sharpen (a knife, for example); hone.
To make more keen; stimulate: The frying bacon whetted my appetite.

But enough abt bacon.. can you perhaps tell me how to delete the requests which upon my previous faux pas still resided inthe system even after removal from the cubes and psa

I can't let that bone go You used the term "whet" to get confirmation of your earlier statements/steps. So there!

The context menu in the PSA tree should enable you to delete the requests from the PSA table, if that's what you want to do. If it's already gone from the cubes and PSA, then where do you see it?

Answer:
"somewhere" in the system, as per his other topic on the same subject

He don't see it, it just prevents him to make a further load, as he deleted the load without setting it to red before.
I tried to explain what to do in the other post, but I don't think he is reading the answers thoroughly, too busy in reading dictionnaries to answer your questions, SR.

Answer:

like i said inthe other post, there is no requests in the nfosource/ and infopackage and i am at my wits end
