I created a web template which displays simple chart and table.But when I run this in web browser getting an error to display a chart.
Here are the details of the error

Internal error when communictaing with the IGS (charts).

Can you please give me the solution for this problem.
Or can you please explain me how can I add charts?

Do some basic homework please... if you follow the error message in the first line, you should be able to track down your problem.

If I am in your shoes I would have replied the same.May be the answer is too simple.I am a starter to this web reporting and SAP BW.So that was the problem.
To be frank still looking for the answer.
But you are right.I will try to add more effort.As a starter to SAP its difficult for me to learn everything from help.sap.com I hope that you understand me.

Stephen just wants to tell you that IGS is not active, or badly activated on your BW system.
So ask your basis team to do the job, that's from their part ...

Here is the path you should follow:
1. Is IGS installed and configured correctly? (Seperate install from BW!)
2. Is the RFC for IGS functional ? (SM59)
3. If the above is OK. Kick the IGS service, sometimes it needs a kick to get it running right.
