A quick one, I try to save the layout when I examine the extracted records, however, the SETTINGS->LAYOUT options are disabled. Does it appear the same in your system? Anyone knows how to save the layout in RSA3 ?

I believe you mean saving a variant of the screen to reuse the same selections later on ?
Then, it's normal you can't save it : the screen options are dynamically reconstruct depending on the datasource you choose at runtime, how would the system be able to save a variant ?

Thankyou so much for you reply.
Maybe I have not explained myself clear enough. I am actually on the RSA3 result screen, displaying the extraction result. On this screen, I use SETTINGS->LAYOUT->CURRENT to set my own layout. There is also an option on SETTINGS->LAYOUT->SAVE .. but this option is disabled.
That's why I am wondering how can I get this enabled and save my layout. Any idea?

everything that is "behind" RSA3 is regenerated at the time you choose the datasource, so the answer is the same
