Did you change your InfoCube before running the query?
Did you try restarting your Browser (Dr Watson might be in your pc)?

Answer:
What version of BW are you on? What patch level? There are several notes which cover this error and depending on the patch level of your SAPGUI or of your BW server this error should go away.
Definately make sure you are up to patch 05 for Bex and patch 21(?) for SAPGUI.
As for the server, I can't remember if patch 08 for BW fixes or re-introduces the error (I know the note for the patch mentions it, but I can't remember which way).
