Hello Workflow gurus,
I am stuck with triggering a workflow.
I configured event linkage for BUS2089.Create for receiver ws20000040
I entered trip data using PR05 and saved it. But the workflow is not triggered.
I checked swi1 but I don't see any work item.

Check all following things.
1. Activate event linkage.
2. Go to SWIL and check for event trace. Just checkout whether that event is getting triggered or not.
If both the things are ok, Workflow will definitely trigger.

Thanks for the reply.
I found the problem. The background user WF-BATCH is locked thats the reason why it does not trigger the workflow. After unlocking the user the problem is solved
