Those certification questions are a little bit outdated, as the answer to number 4 -for instance- depends on the level of your plug-in.

That means , delta is supported by account based CO-PA..
I have read that it is supported by Co-Pa with time stamp.. What does it mean.. Also throw some light on the other questions..
