We're currently working on an HR Appraisal workflow. We encounter a problem wherein the one employee received the workitem and when double clicked... the work item disappeared!

Multiple possible reasons:
Do you use substitutes?
Do you use multiple responsible agents?
Does your task (behind workitem) need a user decision?
Is there a change in organizational assignment?
etc...
