Question:
Hi,
we are creating queries on the Head count cube in HR module.we have a infoobject 0gender.it is part of the free characteristic.when i try to do a filter on the gender to know the count i get no applicabe data found.
i get the result only for # which is unknown.
In r/3 the the field is gesch and it store s as 1 for male 2 for female and # unknown.
if i look up in the PSA for 0person where the ogender is attribute in BW it has correct set of values.
we are in 3.O B. have anyone come across this .any suggestions

Answer:
1) check the content of the cube directly on the server (not via bex) to ensure the data is not in the field
2) if not in the cube, check your update rules ; the field is either not mapped either it has a routine that is wrongly coded
