BW experts:
I had set the ODS settings like :
1.BEx Reporting
2.Set quality status to 'OK' automatically.
3.Activate ODS object data automatically.
4.Update data targets from ODS object automatically.
I have question about my third setting,I had made it automically Active.But still when i load the data for the first time to ODS .It is yellow and asks me activate the ODS data.Please advise.
I feel it has to automatically ACTIVATE as the setting so.

One more question with above question.
I have checked the monitor of my load to ODS it shows 2million records of 2 million Records loaded.But when i check the data in the ODS from Active data table,Number of entries it shows me only 70,000 Records availabel.Please advise me where did the rest of the data go.Is there any way to find the data by comparing to Monitor to Data loaded in Active table.

initial problem: depends on how you defined the key of your ODS, all records are aggregated on the level of that key. Let's say if you are filling an ODS with sales order item info, but in your key you only defined sales order number; then the item level is disregarded and everything is aggregated on the level of sales order number.
second problem: I would check the support package of your system and look for specific notes in OSS. Automatic activation should activate the records automatically (it does here 3.0B SP14).
