Has anyone managed to have () around a key figure when the amount is minus.
I.E
instead of 4.5-
I want (4.5)
Any Ideas would be greatful

Sorry, I thought my first answer was enough;
in the query panel,
hit the button "query properties",
choose tab "display",
in part "number format" you can choose between -X, X-, and (X)
