Is it possible to reuse structures and formulas between different BEX queries?
Answer:
As long as the dataprovider is the same, you should be able to reuse structures. As for the formulas, you can create Calculated Key figures and put formula in there and then reuse the Calculated Key Figures.

Yes.
When the queries are in the same Cube/ODS you can save structures, calculated and restricted KF's to the Cube/ODS and then be able to use them in an queries you create.
I don't know if it is possible to copy them between Cubes/ODS's.

Right click on your structure, click SAVE.
Right click on your calc. KF or rest. KF, click SAVE.
